The Last Step in the Paperwork...

Well, as of tomorrow when I send off my work visa, passport and all necessary papers to the Kuwait Embassy in Ottawa, I have officially completed the last step of this mountain of paperwork needed to escape from Canada!  What's left you ask?  Simply waiting to get that package back from the Embassy and my airline ticket in the mail. Ahhhhh, the long, daunting process is over and peace has settled in. :)  

Herein lies a question: What on earth do I pack when I'm not coming back to this continent for 10 whole months?  Any suggestions?  I'm open to them all!
